**Responsibilities**:

- A strong presence of videography & video editing expertise.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant software.
- Solid understanding of photo and video editing techniques, including color correction, cropping, and compositing.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels' format, duration, and aspect ratio requirements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and execute edits accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photo and video editing.
- Knowledge of storytelling techniques and visual storytelling principles applicable to short-form video content.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Film, Media Production, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated proficiency in videography and video editing, either through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.

- Proven capability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated resilience and composure when faced with tight deadlines and challenging situations.
