The ITI Fitter role in the food manufacturing industry requires ensuring the smooth operation of equipment while maintaining hygiene and safety standards essential for food manufacturing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Equipment Installation and Setup**:

- Install and assemble food processing machinery, conveyors, and packaging systems.
- Align and calibrate equipment for optimal performance.
- **Maintenance and Repairs**:

- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform timely repairs or replacements.
- **Operational Support**:

- Monitor the performance of mechanical systems during production runs.
- Minimize downtime by ensuring rapid response to machinery breakdowns.
- **Hygiene and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure all maintenance and repair activities comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain clean and sanitized tools and work areas.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain records of maintenance schedules and repair activities.
- Report major mechanical issues to supervisors for further action.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with production and quality control teams to ensure machinery supports efficient and compliant production.

**Skills and Competencies**
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining food-grade machinery.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP) is an advantage.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and machine manuals.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Qualifications**
- ITI certification in Fitter trade.
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment (preferred).
- Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

**Shift Timings**: Rotational or fixed shifts, depending on production schedules.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
