We are looking for highly motivated and dynamic **Product Trainer** who will be responsible for conducting training sessions for clients, disseminating product knowledge, and collecting samples for further analysis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-site training sessions at client locations on hygiene and infection prevention products developed by the company.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and best practices to clients.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to facilitate effective client training.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and provide personalized product training solutions.
- Collect samples from client locations for further analysis in the R&D laboratory. Ensure proper documentation and handling of samples to maintain data integrity.
- Gather feedback from clients after training sessions to assess the effectiveness of the training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and organize the training schedule to maximize productivity and efficiency during client visits.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, sample collection, and other relevant data. Generate reports as required by the management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in product training, preferably in the hygiene and infection prevention industry. **Freshers with interest in training field are also welcome.**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Detail-oriented and organized to manage sample collection and training schedules efficiently.
- Willingness to travel frequently to client locations for on-site training sessions.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
