We are seeking a talented and experienced web designer to join our team. As a web designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with our in-house needs and brand image.

Your main responsibilities will include designing and implementing website layouts, creating graphics and images, preparing social media posts, and ensuring seamless navigation and functionality. You will also be responsible for keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices to deliver innovative and cutting-edge website designs.

.Collaborate with clients and team members to understand design-related requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Create website layouts and visual designs that capture the company's brand identity and vision
- Develop and maintain web design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all projects
- Optimize web design for performance, speed, and accessibility
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve design concepts
- Stay updated with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies
- Support the development team in implementing designs and troubleshooting any design-related issues
- Design social media posts for the company’s social platforms
- Edit videos for YouTube and websites.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a web designer or similar role
- Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Sketch
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- A portfolio showcasing your previous web design projects

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
