**Curriculum Development**:

- **Research and Scholarship**:

- Evaluate student performance through assessments such as exams, projects, and presentations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to aid in their academic and professional development.
- **Advising and Mentoring**:

- Advise students on academic programs, career paths, and professional development opportunities.
- Serve as a mentor to students, guiding them in their educational journey and career aspirations.
- **Service and Collaboration**:

- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and academic activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum, programs, and research initiatives.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay current with advancements in business or healthcare administration by attending conferences, workshops, and pursuing additional certifications.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
