A **Travel Customer Care Executive** is responsible for ensuring that customers have a smooth and positive experience when booking and traveling with a travel company. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing information, and offering assistance throughout the customer’s journey.

**Job Description:Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**:

- Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and any changes to their travel plans.
- Address complaints and resolve issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Offer detailed information about destinations, flight schedules, accommodations, packages, and travel regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, industry regulations, and promotions.
- **Booking and Reservation Handling**:

- Assist customers in making travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and car rentals.
- Process and confirm reservations, issue tickets, and prepare itineraries for customers.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Handle booking issues, flight delays, cancellations, and other disruptions.
- Work with other departments (e.g., airline, hotel) to ensure customer needs are met.
- **Sales and Upselling**:

- Promote additional services such as travel insurance, upgrades, and special packages.
- Cross-sell relevant travel products based on customer preferences and needs.
- **Customer Feedback**:

- Gather customer feedback and offer solutions for continuous service improvement.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and track recurring issues for improvements.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Generate reports on common customer concerns, service efficiency, and travel trends.
- **Emergency Support**:

- Provide assistance in emergency situations such as missed flights or lost baggage.
- Guide customers through travel-related crises in a calm and empathetic manner.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle customer interactions.
- **Customer-Oriented**: Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and resolving complaints.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think quickly and offer practical solutions to customer issues.
- **Knowledge of Travel Industry**: Familiarity with global destinations, travel booking systems, and travel regulations.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring all bookings and customer details

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
