**Project Architect - Delhi/NCR**

DEFT is a Hong Kong/Manila based interdisciplinary design studio, working on a variety of project typologies and scales throughout Asia. We are currently engaged in several large-scale mixed-use developments and are seeking motivated architects and designers to join our expanding India-based team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Partners and Design Team on large scale mixed-use developments, academic, and residential projects
- Join team-wide design charettes to brainstorm and develop conceptual designs
- Meet with Clients to program the project requirements
- Collaborate with different stakeholders on the project such as consultants, contractors, vendors/ suppliers, to communicate intent and ensure the integrity of the project
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of project and site activities
- Micro level planning for architectural drawings and site execution
- Preparing Design Detailing, handling tender related correspondence, and technical coordination with the consultants and site team
- Attend site and Client meetings as necessary
- Monitoring factory production and QC inspection
- Weekly travel to project site within Delhi NCR, however flexible working arrangements are welcome

**Requirements**:

- Qualified M. Arch/B.Arch./ Civil Engineer with 8-10+ years of experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D (SketchUp or Rhino) Revit/BIM, Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills and presentability
- Proficiency in spoken and written English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹50,000.00 per month
