**Key Responsibilities**:
**Maintenance and Repair**:

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in MEP systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.

**Installation and Upgrades**:

- Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
- Upgrade and modify existing systems to enhance performance and efficiency.

**Inspection and Testing**:

- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues.
- Test systems and components to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety regulations.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Provide detailed reports on system performance and any issues addressed.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other technicians, engineers, and project managers to coordinate maintenance activities.
- Assist in training junior technicians and sharing best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical or vocational training in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or a similar role.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing MEP systems.

**Skills**:

- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Proficiency with maintenance tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
