5. Safety Compliances : Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and promoting a safe work environment. Conducting safety inspections, addressing safety concerns, and implementing corrective measures to prevent accidents or injuries

6. Process Improvement : Identifying opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement. Implementing continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

7. Reporting and Documentation : Generating production reports, maintaining accurate records of production data, including output, downtime, and quality metrics. Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement

8. Problem-solving : Resolving production issues, equipment malfunctions, or personnel conflicts in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborating with maintenance teams to address equipment breakdowns or maintenance requirements

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
