QA - Projects - QC &Testing- Navi Mumbai (On-Site)- Mid-SeniorRefer a Friend **Job Description**: To participate as QA representative during acceptance testing and process audits by external QA agencies to ensure their satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues they may have. 1) Responsible for the planning, management, and execution of the PDI and JRI end to end. 2) Responsible for establishing the QAP to meet the project requirements and business objectives. 3) Conducting capacity and capability assessment for the assigned “Built to Spec”, identifying relevant risks and developing mitigation to meet the project requirements and business objectives. 4) Identifying project-wise qualification requirements, personnel training & certification. 5) FAIR approval and obtaining stage/dispatch clearance for deliverables from customer. 6) Monitoring and reporting monthly poor quality for all the segments and customer returned items. 7) Supervising and monitoring process sigma calculations by part wise and process first pass yield calculations. 8) Participating internal and external audits as an auditee and taking corrective actions for the audit observation 9) Manages QA/QC Engineers, Quality Inspectors, Co-ordination for Customer Quality Representatives 10) Customer Complaints handling, and closure, NCR Management, Quality Improvement Projects, Conducting Quality Review Meetings, Process Improvements, Kaizens, Six Sigma and lean Projects are other responsibilities. 11) Ensure Adherence to Quality Management System AS9100 Rev D, ISMS, EHS and OHSAS requirements. 12) Responsible for conducting Mock tests before actual testing with cross functional teams. 13) Understanding of Flight Planning and Ground Control Stations along with planning for alternate landing and other safety related operations along with Logistics management of the same. 14) Work closely with the engineering design and certification teams to ensure all planned flight test activity meets customer requirements. **Experience**: Experienced Quality Manager AS9100 and ISO 9001 Supplier Quality Audit, Lean Six Sigma Black belt Internal Audit Corrective Action and Effectiveness verification Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance Lean Manufacturing Strong quality assurance system knowledge Calibration of Equipment Materials COC verification Maintenance of Traceability documents Planning and Execution **EDUCATION(other engineering stream please excuse)**: BE in mechanical/ Aerospace Engineering/Mechatronics/ Electrical **Skills**: - ISO 9001- Supplier Quality Management- Material COC verification- Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing- Lean Six Sigma
