**Profile: US Student Visa Counselor**
**Experience: Minimum 2 years**
**Location: Ghod dod road, Surat**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**:

- Provide expert guidance on study options in the United States, including information on academic programs, university rankings, and specific requirements.
- Assist students in selecting suitable universities and programs based on their academic background, preferences, and career aspirations.
- Guide students on how to research scholarship opportunities, financial aid, and work-study options available in the US.
- **Application Processing**:

- Ensure all necessary documents are accurate and submitted on time, including transcripts, recommendation letters, standardized test scores, and personal statements.
- **Visa Assistance**:

- Offer insights and assistance with preparing for the US visa interview, including conducting mock interviews if necessary.
- Provide step-by-step support in the DS-160 form submission, SEVIS payment, and scheduling visa appointments at the US embassy/consulate.
- **Student Support**:

- Offer post-offer guidance on various next steps, including assistance with accommodation arrangements, flight bookings, insurance, and pre-departure orientation.
- Help students understand cultural adaptation, financial planning, and any other aspects of studying and living in the US.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Assist in maintaining a well-organized and efficient workflow to ensure timely completion of student services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in student counseling, university admissions, or US student visa processing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest changes in US immigration policies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM tools, and other administrative software.
- Patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

**Work Environment**:

- This position may require working with students from diverse backgrounds, including international students.
- Flexibility to work with different time zones, depending on the student's location and university deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
