**Job Title**: SAP FSCM Consultant
**Experience**: 5- 7 Years
**Location**: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Configure, customize, and support SAP FSCM modules including:

- Credit Management (FSCM-CM)
- Collections Management (FSCM-COL)
- Dispute Management (FSCM-DM)
- Biller Direct (optional)
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP FI, SD, MM) to ensure smooth integration and data flow.
- Handle change requests, incident management, and system enhancements.
- Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solution design, and perform testing and documentation.
- Support users during UAT and post-go-live phases.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, policies, and security standards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 5 to 7 years of experience in SAP FSCM with expertise in at least two of the following: Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management.
- Strong configuration experience in FSCM components.
- Solid understanding of SAP FI, AR, and integration with SD.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in interacting with business users and understanding finance-related processes.
