**Responsibilities**:
The following duties are typical of the position but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.
- Works under the direction of a supervisor on specific and limited portions of a broader assignment that requires some supervision.
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheet for spare parts.
- Able to work in SAP for material code creation and Extension. Maintain equipment BOM in SAP.
- Study SSOE and client’s CAD standard and demonstrate attention to detail.
- Organizes and maintains project design records.
- Organize maintenance spare parts and structure them in client’s SAP system.
- Communicates with supervisor concerning progress or problems in an assigned task.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or certification in mechanical discipline from an accredited institute.
- Experience with SAP system is mandatory.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in machine design field.
- Ability to review drawings to understand the spare parts and other components of machines.
- Should be familiar with international codes and standards (preferably USA codes).
- Should be flexible to work in the evening hours (occasionally) to maintain communication with the USA teams.
