**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist with a wide range of responsibilities involved in running and scaling an eCommerce business. This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of online retail in a startup environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update product listings on the website (images, descriptions, pricing, inventory)
- Process and track online orders, returns, and exchanges
- Assist with basic graphic design, content writing, and social media posting
- Analyze sales data and prepare basic performance reports
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and courier partners
- Perform competitor research and suggest improvement ideas
- Help with general operational tasks to ensure smooth daily functioning

**Requirements**:

- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related fields
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of online shopping platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with Canva, Excel/Google Sheets, and social media platforms
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
