**Student Counseling**:

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about courses, colleges/universities, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs.
- Handle walk-in and online inquiries professionally

**Lead Management**:

- Maintain a strong follow-up cycle to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Update CRM system with all interactions.

**Admissions Support**:

- Guide students through the admission & documentation process.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations team for smooth onboarding.

**Market Intelligence**:

- Stay updated with industry trends, new courses, and competitor offerings.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Good command of English and local language(s).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- **Personality**: Confident, empathetic, patient, and persuasive.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
