**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible **Gynaec Duty Medical Officer (DMO)** to provide round-the-clock support in our Obstetrics and Gynaecology department. The DMO will be responsible for initial patient assessment, assisting senior consultants, managing emergencies, and ensuring high-quality patient care for both inpatient and outpatient departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **initial assessment** of gynaecological and obstetric patients in the OPD/IPD/ER.
- Monitor and manage **inpatients under the guidance of the consultant**.
- Assist in conducting **deliveries, minor procedures**, and during surgeries.
- Handle **emergency cases** such as labour pains, bleeding, and other obstetric emergencies.
- Maintain **accurate patient records**, case notes, and medical charts.
- Ensure **timely communication** with the consultant on patient progress and complications.
- Respond promptly to patient calls and coordinate with nursing and paramedical staff.
- Carry out prescribed investigations, follow up on reports, and ensure continuity of care.
- Assist in pre-op/post-op care, discharge summaries, and patient counselling.
- Follow hospital protocols, infection control standards, and medical ethics.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **MBBS from a recognized university** with valid registration (preferred).
- **BAMS** with strong clinical experience in OBG if MBBS not available.
- Freshers may apply, but preference will be given to those with **prior experience in gynaec departments**.
- Willingness to work in **rotational shifts including night duties**.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
