1.Greet visitors and serve guests to the appropriate Meeting rooms

2.Assist in performing general office administrative supports

3.Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

4.Manage telephone console and transfer calls expeditiously in a courteous manner

5.Manage Logistic & Arrange Transportation and Supplies
