The Graphic Design Faculty is responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the field of graphic design. They provide instruction on various design principles, software tools, and industry practices to help students develop their skills and knowledge.

Preferred Experience : 2 - 3 years (Moe depending on the teaching skill and Class demo with existing students)

Software know:
Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel, InDesign.

Additional Skill (optional):
Premier Pro, Animate, After Effects

Key Responsibilities:
Instruction: Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures, workshops, and practical sessions on graphic design principles, typography, layout design, color theory, and visual communication.

Curriculum Development: Develop and update curriculum materials, course outlines, assignments, and projects to ensure alignment with industry standards and emerging trends.

Industry Relevance: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate industry-relevant knowledge into the curriculum and prepare students for real-world design challenges.

Portfolio Review: Review and assess student portfolios, providing guidance on portfolio development, presentation skills, and effective showcasing of their work.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Relevant certifications and professional design experience are advantageous.

Expertise: Extensive knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, layout design, and visual communication. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching or mentoring students in graphic design or related disciplines is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and convey complex design concepts.

Industry Experience: Practical experience in the graphic design industry is beneficial, as it provides insight into current design practices, trends, and client expectations.

Creativity and Innovation: Strong creative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspire and encourage students to think critically, experiment with new design techniques, and push the boundaries of their creativity.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver engaging lectures, provide constructive feedback, and effectively communicate with students, colleagues, and industry professionals.

Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain an organized classroom environment.

Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, build rapport with students, and effectively collaborate with colleagues.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
