We are seeking a talented and creative **Ad Copywriter** to join our dynamic marketing team. As an Ad Copywriter, you will play a crucial role in designing compelling and persuasive content to increase the market reach of our company. Your ability to craft engaging copy that resonates with our target audience will drive brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately boost our business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and marketing strategies.
- Research target audience preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to create relevant and engaging ad copy.
- Develop clear and concise headlines, taglines, and key messages that communicate the brand's value proposition effectively.
- Conceptualize and create attention-grabbing content that drives customer engagement, increases brand awareness, and boosts conversions.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to create visually appealing and cohesive marketing campaigns.
- Edit and proofread copy for accuracy, grammar, and style, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and copywriting to continuously improve performance and creativity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your creative and strategic copywriting skills across various channels and formats.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Exceptional storytelling skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse target audiences.
- Strong research skills to gather insights and translate them into effective ad copy.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices to optimize content for search engines.
- A keen eye for detail and strong editing skills to ensure accuracy and consistency in all written materials.
- Experience with social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
