**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Strong conceptual, design and graphic skills with the ability to express ideas quickly, clearly and concisely.
- Ability to resolve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking
- Have a clear understanding of the Firm’s Design Philosophy
- Refer to different sources (internal/external) for reference materials to increase knowledge and stay abreast with global standards of design and technological advancements.
- Have a clear understanding of how Façade engages with Interiors, and Landscape.
- Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development and ensure project goals in design, execution, and sustainability are met.
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Stay in constant touch with vendors, contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
- Maintain project manual and specifications (PID)
- Conduct and document site visits and RFI’s during construction
- Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts
- Develop internal and client presentations
- Take responsibility, where required by Team Lead, for specific areas of the design and project development.

**Requirements**:

- 4-7 years of relevant design and project handling experience from concept till completion.
- Bachelors and/or Masters’ Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Exhibits a Design Centric and Research oriented approach
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact, grace, and emotional intelligence
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate ability to build relationships with Consultants, Vendors and Client representatives
- The architect should be well versed in architectural standards/processes and sustainability standards such as GRIHA/LEED/ECBC/ WELL
- Excellent communicator with strong presentations skills - written, oral and graphic.
- Propensity for problem-solving, creative strategy development and sustainable design.
- Strong, proven leadership; highly motivated to foster team performance, skills and spirit.
- Thorough knowledge of and compliance with Morphogenesis procedures and standards
- Applications will not be considered without uploaded portfolio/work samples
- Should be able to work on REVIT.
