**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Support**: Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns under the guidance of senior team members.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct keyword research to identify potential opportunities for campaign targeting and optimization.
- **Ad Copywriting**: Help craft engaging and effective ad copy that meets campaign objectives and resonates with the target audience.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversions, and provide insights for ongoing optimization.
- **Budget Management**: Support in managing campaign budgets to ensure efficient ad spend and ROI maximization.
- **Reporting**: Assist in preparing reports on campaign performance, providing clear and actionable insights.
- **Learning & Development**: Take initiative in learning new PPC strategies, tools, and techniques to continuously improve skills and contribute to the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Recent MBA or MCA graduate with a focus on Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certification in Google Ads is mandatory.
- Completed at least 3 months of relevant coursework or internship in PPC and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with an interest in data-driven decision-making.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
- A keen interest in digital marketing and PPC advertising.
