- Manage & maintain calendar, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings including preparing agendas, scheduling attendees and arranging logistics.
- Prioritize and coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and providing reminders and follow-up on upcoming commitments and deadlines.
- Assist in drafting correspondence, reports and other documents as needed.
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties in a timely manner and also follow up on agenda points and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role, preferably in an academic or administrative setting.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of university policies, procedures and background from the academic environment will be an additional advantage.
