**SpinnySkill Spark Programe** **Objective**: Our "SpinnySkill Spark Program" offers final-year/ Passout ITI students an 11- month immersive training experience. We provide a unique chance to learn multi-OEM car diagnosis and repair, upholding the industry's best standards. Our goal is to equip students with practical skills, industry knowledge, and a deep understanding of automotive repair techniques, empowering them for successful careers. **Program Structure: Duration: 11 Months** Phase 1 (Months 1): Specific Training at Spinny Workshop (Theory & Hands-on ) Introduction to Spinny Refurb Techniques Hands-on Training in Current Institute Facilities Basic Automotive Workshop Safety Phase 2 (Months 3 to 10): Spinny Workshop Internship Comprehensive Car Repairing Training Specialized Modules Engine Repair and Maintenance Bodywork and Painting Electrical Systems Diagnostic Tools and Technique Regular Progress Assessments Phase 3 (Month 11) Evaluation and Certification: Soft skills development through teamwork and communication Successful completion results in a certification jointly issued by ITI School and Spinny Workshop. **Eligibility Criteria To qualify for the "SpinnySkill” Spark Program** Hold a minimum educational qualification of 10th grade.
