**Position: QA Tester**
**Department: IT - Quality Assurance**
**Location: HQ Bhubaneswar**
**No. of Positions: 2**
**Type: Full Time**
**Experience Required: 1 to 3 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Software Testing & Quality Assurance**:

- Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on business requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
- Conduct regression testing, integration testing, and system testing to validate software releases.

**Automation Testing**:

- Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Implement and enhance test automation frameworks to improve efficiency in the testing process.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure automation coverage for critical functionalities.

**API & Performance Testing**:

- Perform API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.
- Conduct performance testing using JMeter or similar tools to analyze system behavior under different loads.

**Collaboration & Documentation**:

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand software requirements and define test strategies.
- Participate in Agile Scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
- Maintain detailed test reports, defect logs, and quality metrics documentation.

**Preferred Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
- Experience in API testing with Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile tools like JIRA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
