**Key Responsibilities**- Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum standards.- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, creativity and student behaviour effectively.- Assess and evaluate students by using a variety of teaching techniques, resources, and progress through assignments, tests, and other assessments to provide timely feedback and enhance learning outcomes.- Communicate regularly with parents / guardians regarding student’s progress and development and maintain accurate records of student grades, and performance.- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development programs.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills among students.- Graduation in the discipline of hindi with a minimum of 50% marks.- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teacher training qualification from a recognized university / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (D.El.Ed) is often required.- 0 - 3 years of teaching experience as a Hindi teacher.- Creativity in lesson planning and classroom activities.- Passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.- Knowledge of child development and ability to use technology and digital tools to enhance modern teaching techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
