To be always on the shop floor during the prime hours of business.
- To greet and attain the customers with smiling face in very polite and sophisticated manner
- As a CCO should act as best person like a family member for the customer.
- To ensure that all customer queries are closed with the prescribed time and convert the query/inquiry into effective sales.
- Direct and ensure the customer needs are met at the counter.
- Help the customers to locate the required counter to cater their needs at every given point of time.
- Ensure that counter closing the sale, if require extend and coordinate for the requirements on the counter.
- Direct and guide the Counter attendant to keep the counter neat and clean every time during the prime hours for business.
- To provide required training to the juniors and seek advice from seniors.
- Ensure close coordination between customer and staff members to close the sale in every short possible time, if note direct senior to extend required help to close the deal
- To receive feedback and suggestions from customer on visitor book
- To explain our PJ Schemes to the customers
- To ensure proper general Housekeeping & Pantry Management for staff & customers
- Any other activities/duties assigned by the management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
