**Job Title**: Admissions and Marketing Coordinator
**Location**: Siddhantam Heritage School, Ghaziabad
**Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: 1-4 years (Preferably in education sector or marketing roles)
**Reporting To**: School Principal / Management

**Remuneration**: As per market standards and based on qualification and experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct ground research in the nearby areas to identify key outreach opportunities.
- Visit residential societies, playgroups, community centers, and local events to promote the school.
- Plan and execute on-ground and digital marketing campaigns.
- Organize and manage school events, open houses, and parent engagement programs to increase footfall.
- Coordinate with local vendors, designers, and media for promotional material and advertising.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, Education or related field).
- 1-4 years of experience in marketing, admissions, or school operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Street-smart with the ability to connect with diverse community groups.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 3 years (preferred)

- English (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
