Job Title: Office Car Driver for Director

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

**Job Type**: Full-Time Working Hours: 12 Hours per day

Key Responsibilities: Transportation Services: Provide safe and efficient transportation for the Director to various locations, including office, meetings, and events.Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely arrivals. Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition at all times.Conduct regular checks and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.

Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate with the Director and executive assistants to schedule driving assignments.Adapt to changes in schedules and provide flexibility for the Director’s needs.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards.Practice defensive driving techniques to ensure the safety of passengers and the vehicle.

Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Exhibit courteous and respectful behaviour towards the Director and other staff members.

Documentation: Keep accurate records of driving times, destinations, and any incidents.Manage and submit expense reports related to the vehicle’s fuel, tolls, and maintenance.

Assistance: Assist the Director with loading and unloading luggage or documents as needed.Provide support with errands and other tasks as directed by the Director.

**Qualifications: Experience**:Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a personal or executive driver.

License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Knowledge: Familiarity with local routes and traffic conditions.

Skills: Excellent driving skills and knowledge of vehicle maintenance.Communication: Basic communication skills in [Specify Language(s)].

Attributes: Punctual, reliable, and discreet.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per week
