**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the **maintenance** and **repair** of machinery, equipment, and technical systems.
- Lead the **technical team**, providing guidance and training to junior technicians and ensuring optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve **technical issues** quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate **records** of all repairs, services, and maintenance performed on equipment.
- Ensure all **safety protocols** and **operating procedures** are followed during technical operations.
- Monitor the performance of equipment and machinery, recommending improvements or upgrades where necessary.
- Ensure proper **inventory management** of tools, parts, and materials required for repairs and maintenance.
- Assist in the **installation, testing**, and **commissioning** of new equipment or systems.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure **smooth technical operations** across the organization.
- Prepare and maintain **reports** on equipment performance, maintenance schedules, and other technical operations.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1+ year of experience** in a technical role, such as equipment maintenance, machinery repair, or similar fields.
- Strong **troubleshooting** and **problem-solving skills**.
- Excellent knowledge of technical systems, **maintenance procedures**, and **safety regulations**.
- Ability to **supervise and lead a team** of technicians.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Basic computer skills** to maintain records and reports.
- Ability to work **flexible hours** and handle urgent technical issues when necessary.
- **Good communication skills** and ability to work effectively with other teams and departments.
