**Job Purpose**:
The MIS Executive is responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing the organization’s Management Information System (MIS). This includes generating regular reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, compile, and analyse data from various departments.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Automate reporting processes using and business intelligence tools.
- Assist departments in preparing dashboards, trackers, and business performance metrics.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as required by the management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve data flow and reporting systems.
- Identify data discrepancies and work on process improvement.
- Create visual reports using charts, graphs, and dashboards.
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with data handling policies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 0 to 1 year of experience in an MIS or data analysis role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
- Knowledge BI tools (Power BI) is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
