Role Proficiency:
Performs tests in strict compliance independently guides other testers and assists test leads

Outcomes:

- Construct test scenarios based on customer user stories or requirements
- Ensure that new or revised components or systems perform to expectation.
- Ensure meeting of standards; including usability performance reliability or compatibility.
- Document Test results and report defects
- Facilitate changes in processes/practices/procedures based on lessons learned from the engagement
- Develop proficiency of other testers on the project

Measures of Outcomes:

- Timely completion of all tasks
- # of requirement/user story ambiguities logged
- Requirements / User story coverage based on test cases/script
- # of test cases/script developed in comparison to the benchmarks
- # of test cases/script executed in comparison to the benchmarks
- # of valid defects

Additional Comments:
SFDC Manual Testing - Develop, Manage and Execute test cases pertaining to different SFDC modules (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud)
- Adequate knowledge on SFDC Architecture, SFDC Concepts/terminologies, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Reports and Dashboard functionalities
- Hands on experience in testing SFDC functionalities that involve workflows, triggers, visualforce, validation rules, profile based testing, integration, etc.;
- Hands on experience in Agile testing (SCRUM Methodology)
- Hands on with QA processes & tools like JIRA/HP Quality Center/Rally
- Experience in test planning, test design; development and the execution of manual/automated test scripts and testing procedures
- Defining Test Strategy/ test approach and lead decisions on test planning
- Drive and lead the team through SCRUM ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and daily stand ups
- Execute System and Regression Testing
- Experience with functional, data migration and integration testing - Experience in End-End Testing
- Exposure in dealing with Business users during the UAT phase -Experience of handling a QA team for UAT Support
- Adequate exposure to defect management lifecycle and defect management tools
- Contribute to continual improvements, and Good understanding of testing practices
- Must be able to understand and collaborate with on requirements and design
- Knowledgeable in automated and Data driven testing
- Automation of UI/API SFDC test cases in tools like Selenium, etc.,
