**Job Summary**:
The IT/Hardware Executive is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of the organization's hardware and basic network infrastructure. This role ensures the smooth operation of computer systems, smart classes and related equipment to support the daily business activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Hardware Support**:

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions and performance issues.

**User Support**:

- Provide first-level technical support to end-users.
- Assist staff with hardware and basic software-related queries.
- Respond to IT support tickets and escalate unresolved issues as needed.

**Inventory & Asset Management**:

- Maintain records of IT hardware inventory.
- Assist with tracking and labeling IT assets.
- Report on usage, damage, and maintenance needs.

**Network & Connectivity**:

- Support the setup and maintenance of LAN/WAN connections.
- Assist in configuring routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Report connectivity issues to senior IT personnel or service providers.

**Installation & Upgrades**:

- Install new hardware and upgrade existing equipment as directed.
- Ensure systems are up-to-date with drivers and firmware.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain logs of hardware issues and solutions.
- Assist in creating and updating technical manuals or procedures.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in IT support or hardware roles.
- Good understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with operating systems like Windows and basic networking concepts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to format systems and install OS as required

**Working Conditions**:

- Primarily office-based with some on-site visits as needed.
- May require occasional work outside normal hours for urgent support or hardware maintenance.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
