Production Executive

Production Planning: You will be responsible for planning and scheduling production activities to meet production targets, manage inventory levels, and ensure that production is cost-effective.

Quality Control: You will ensure that all products meet the required quality standards and specifications. This involves implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all products are manufactured according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations.

Process Improvement: You will identify areas where production processes can be improved to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. This includes evaluating current manufacturing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing process improvements.

Team Management: You will manage production staff, including supervisors, technicians, and other production workers. This includes assigning work, providing training and guidance, and ensuring that all production activities are carried out safely.

Regulatory Compliance: You will ensure that all production activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines, such as those set by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other regulatory bodies.

Reporting and Documentation: You will maintain production records, prepare reports, and communicate production-related information to senior management. You will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other production-related documentation.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
