**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Meet with prospective customers and explain about company’s real estate projects.
- Undertake field marketing and canopy marketing.
- Make calls to prospective customers & explain about company's product offerings.
- Generate leads & appointments on daily basis from given database.
- Coordinate with marketing & sales team and report on daily basis.
- Calling corporate clients and undertake rigorous follow-ups.
- Lead generation and data collection through online and social media platforms.
- Undertake site visits with interested customers and give project tours

**Skills Required**:

- Marketing and sales
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
- Social media & business whatsapp knowledge
- Field marketing knowledge

**Language & Personality Requirements**:

- Soft spoken & patience nature
- Knowledge of Hindi, English & Chhattisgarhi
- Well groomed, presentable & positive nature
- Professional & ethical mindset

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
