Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and editing videos to support the organization's marketing, communication, and branding initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, creative thinking, and technical skills in graphic design and video editing software.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**: Create eye-catching and original graphics, including digital and print materials, such as brochures, posters, social media graphics, banners, and advertisements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design materials that effectively convey the brand's message and meet project objectives.

Ensure that all graphics are on-brand and maintain a consistent visual identity.

**Video Editing**: Edit video footage to create engaging and informative video content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and presentations.

Enhance videos with effects, transitions, music, and other elements to improve overall quality.

Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to understand the goals and requirements of each video project.

**Creative Concept Development**:Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for both graphic and video projects.

Translate concepts into design and video elements that effectively communicate the desired message and maintain brand consistency.

**Software Proficiency**: Utilize industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating graphics.

Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs for video editing.

**File Management**:Maintain organized files and assets for graphics and videos, ensuring easy access and version control.

**Feedback and Revisions**: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to incorporate feedback and revisions to meet project goals.

**Quality Control**: Ensure the quality of all graphic and video work, including resolution, color accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.

**Deadline Adherence**:Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work on time while maintaining quality and accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film Production, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in design and video editing software.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of current design and video trends and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
