**Responsibilities**:

- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes across platforms and optimize content for maximum reach and performance.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering positive interactions.
- Keep track of social media trends and incorporate them into content and campaigns.
- Monitor brand reputation and address any customer feedback or concerns on social media promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and PR teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
- Experience with tools like Canva or Google Analytics is a plus.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
