**Key Responsibilities**:
Prepare financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Maintain general ledger accounts and perform monthly reconciliations

Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax returns

Review and analyze financial data, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement

Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts

Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations

Provide guidance and support to other departments on accounting-related issues

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

Fresher OR 1+ years of experience in accounting or related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
