We are seeking a dedicated 3D animator to join our growing company. As a 3D Animator, your primary responsibility is to create high-quality 3D animations that bring brands and products to life. Your role involves working collaboratively with creative directors, art directors, designers, and other animators to create animations that are visually stunning and on-brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creating 3D animations that tell a story and showcase brand/product features
- Collaborating with creative teams to develop animation concepts, storyboards, and style frames
- Translating 2D designs into 3D models and animations
- Creating animations that are optimized for various platforms and formats, including social media, websites, and video
- Working with software programs such as Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D to create 3D models, animations, and visual effects
- Troubleshooting technical issues and finding creative solutions to overcome them
- Ensuring animations are delivered on time and meet project requirements
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to continually improve skills and techniques
- Maintaining organized file structures and following established naming conventions to ensure effective collaboration across teams
- Effectively communicating with team members, including project managers, designers, and creative directors

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in animation, design, or related field preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3D animation skills and techniques
- Proficiency in 3D modelling and animation software, such as Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D
- Knowledge of visual effects techniques and compositing software, such as After Effects
- Understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
