Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Manage and ensure execution of specific assignments / projects initiated by the CEO.
- Managing office coordination work with intelligent and efficient actions.
- Attending phone calls and replying with clarity in a smooth manner having good English.
- Coordinating with internal team for support and approval.
- Maintain files and records, back office work.
- Maintain a data base.
- Multifunctional activities.
- Collaborate & work closely with the management in the formulation and implementation of Admin policies, procedures, processes. Keep them as well informed and perform any task / work assigned by them.
- Good communication skills ( verbal and written, Fluent English proficiency is important ).
- Should have Excellent Follow Up Skills.
- Should have working Knowledge of internet and Google sheets and Docs.
- Should have 0-5 years experience as an Office assistant.
- Good Listener and Observer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
