- Providing administrative support for HR functions like onboarding, performance reviews, and benefits administration.
- Assisting with employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Utilizing HR software and systems.
- **Interpersonal and Communication Skills**:
- Building rapport with employees and visitors.
- Communicating effectively with all levels of staff.
- Demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
