**Brief Overview**

Join **Gargee Designer’s**, a leading name in men's ethnic and formal wear in India. We're seeking an experienced Fashion Designer with a flair for men's ethnic wear, exceptional design skills, and a client-centric approach.

**Responsibilities**

1. Create innovative designs for men's ethnic and formal wear.

2. Engage in client consultations for custom designs.

3. Sketch designs, sampling and oversee the production process.

4. Participate in exhibitions and collaborate with the team for sourcing and production.

5. Maintain quality control and stay updated on market trends.

6. Research and analyse current fashion trends in men's wear.

7. Conceptualize and develop seasonal collections, including sketches, mood boards, and fabric selection.

8. Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for production.

9. Collaborate with patternmakers, sample makers, and manufacturers to ensure accurate interpretation of designs.

10. Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to prototypes.

11. Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends.

12. Present design concepts and collections to internal teams and external stakeholders.

13. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop marketing materials and promotional strategies.

14. Maintain organized records of design concepts, sketches, and samples.

15. Ensure designs meet quality standards and production deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- 4-5 years of experience in men's ethnic and formal wear design.
- Proficiency in sketching and design software (CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of fabric selection, garment construction, and quality control.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand client needs.

Pay: ₹11,851.61 - ₹25,000.00 per month
