Mr (External Audits, Qms and ERP)

Overall - Representing Sumax in external audits, being one point of contact for data facilitation for audits, being responsible for SAP Implementation and notifying non-compliances to Dept Heads (for action) and Top Management (for information)

**QMS Process Ownership**

1. Being the owner of QMS process and maintaining all documentation and repository in context with QMS

2. Keeping QMS up to date as per changes that happen time to time

3. Suggesting new changes that are required to make the processes more optimal

4. Explaining QMS processes to new joiners from various departments External Audits

5. Being the face of the organization in front of the client organizations

6. Making sure that the client organizations do not have to interact with multiple parties within the company

7. Facilitating the data required by client organizations

8. Coordinating to get the required data from the departments

9. Escalating if the required data is not being sent by respective departments in time

10. Working with HODs to get the NCs resolved

11. Escalating the matter to Management in case the NCs are not being resolved by

Departments

**Internal Audits (QMS)**

12. Making formats for internal audits

13. Getting data from HODs regarding QMS Audits

14. Studying the current status of implementation of QMS by various departments

15. Scrutinizing the gaps and tracing the responsibility for gaps

16. Suggesting to management the current status of implementation of QMS

17. Sending the status to dept heads and sending them time bound action plan SAP Implementation

18. Getting SAP implementation done at entire company level

19. Liaising with SAP vendor representatives and explaining them the existing processes in the company

20. Sending required information to SAP vendor representatives

21. Sending clear requirements to SAP vendor representatives regarding required processes results required

22. Testing the sample process provided by SAP vendor

23. Performing details analysis whether the SAP process is meeting all requirements of company and dept

24. Informing the HODs to test the new module or section or process implemented on SAP

25. Taking confirmations from HODs regarding satisfaction on new modules / processes

26. Providing a go-ahead to SAP vendor once all is ok MIS

27. Keeping management updated on status of implementation of QMS,

28. Keeping HODs updated on status of implementation of QMS, SAP, External Audit NCs about various departments for their departments

29. Keeping Management proactively updated on repeated NCs coming from Client Organizations and suggested solutions or proactive actions to be taken

30. Consistently promoting high standards through exemplary auditing skills, excellent interpersonal communication and outstanding result orientation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
