**Job Description -**
- Responsible for handling customer transactions cheque, E-payment, cash, card etc.
- Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates etc.
- Identify and communicate any billing related issues to head

promptly. Responsible for providing each customer outstanding service by delivering a friendly environment during the billing process
- To be aware of all promotions, advertisements, plans etc within the store and share it with the customers.
- Maintain orderly appearance of cash rack.
- To provide all the correct information wrt to billing i.e. price, product, and other terms and conditions are well explained to each and every customer while taking signature on the receipt.
- Ensure accurate checking of customers old gold and its valuation.
- While receiving any feedback related to work by head or associate, positive initiatives should be taken to implement it.
- Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines
- Ensuring to follow accounting policies, safety procedures and customer service standards.
- Protecting the company’s IPR and other data.
