**Job Description:

- **
- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to ensure optimal production efficiency.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and manage production bottlenecks.
- Implement and oversee quality control procedures, including inspections and testing of finished products.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all employees adhere to safety guidelines and practices.
- Supervise and train factory personnel, including machine operators and assembly line workers.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and supplies to ensure continuous production.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
