**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on **MERN stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)**.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Guide students through **hands-on coding, real-world projects, and problem-solving exercises**.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
- Monitor and evaluate students’ progress and provide feedback.
- Assist in curriculum design and contribute to improving the training modules.
- Mentor and support students during internships or live projects (if applicable).

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **Strong expertise** in:

- MongoDB (NoSQL database)
- Express.js
- React.js (React Hooks, Redux)
- Node.js
- Good understanding of **REST APIs, MVC architecture, and web services**.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Familiarity with **Git/GitHub, deployment (AWS/Heroku), and package managers (npm/yarn)**.
- Previous experience as a trainer/instructor/faculty OR mentoring experience preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Tech / B.Sc (Computer Science/IT) / MCA or equivalent.
- **2-5 years of professional experience** as a Full Stack Developer.
- Prior training/teaching experience is an added advantage.
