- Knowledge of packing line clearance, PM cross verification, pre-inspection of bulk material.
- Weigh balance checking & verification.
- QA documentation related to packaging process & pre dispatch verification.
- Knowledge to interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
- Knowledge of sampling procedures, pre inspection of bulk material and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
- Knowledge of in process round non-conformance report preparation on daily basis.
- Review of Batch Packing Record / Equipment Cleaning Record, SOP etc.
- Issuance and retrieval of controlled documents from various departments as per requirement to concern. Monitoring the Dispatch activity of finish good as per the SOP checklist.
- Control and Issuance of various documents' like BPCR, SOP & formats, Equipment/Instrument Logbook's, packaging material.
