Paediatric Physiotherapist

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess and evaluate children's physical abilities and developmental needs.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address gross motor skills, mobility, strength, and coordination.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques, including play-based therapy and parent-child interaction.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and medical professionals.
- Educate parents/caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Specialization in Paediatric Physiotherapy (or relevant experience).
- Registration with the Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP) or state physiotherapy council.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in paediatric physiotherapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with children, families, and healthcare professionals.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in paediatric physiotherapy (e.g., NDT, Bobath).
- Experience working with children with developmental delays, cerebral palsy, or other neurological conditions.
- Knowledge of play-based interventions and sensory integration techniques.
