Job role for Medical representative

Medical representatives (MRs) play an important role in obtaining cases from dentists for the products or services they are promoting. The primary role of an MR is to act as a bridge between the dental professionals and the company they represent.

As a medical representative for Rejove Aligner, your job will involve promoting and selling Rejove aligners to dental professionals and clinics. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining relationships with dental professionals: You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with dentists, orthodontists, and other dental professionals in your territory. This will involve meeting with them regularly, providing them with information about Rejove aligners, and answering their questions.

Promoting Rejove Aligners: You will be responsible for promoting the benefits of Rejove aligners to dental professionals. This will involve providing them with product information, demonstration, and the clinical research data that supports the efficacy of the aligners.

Identifying new sales opportunities: You will be expected to identify new sales opportunities within your territory, including identifying new doctors (apart from your own network) and identifying areas where the Rejove aligner can be promoted.

Achieving sales targets: Ultimate goal will be to achieve sales targets set by the company. You will need to work closely with your operation manager to develop strategies to achieve these targets and carry out retention activites.

To be successful in this role, one should have a strong background in sales and a good understanding of the dental industry. He/she should also be able to communicate effectively, build relationships with doctors and have a strong ability to work independently and in team.

Compensation

Salary plus incentives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
