**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Content Creation**:
1. **Social Media Content**:
a. Write captivating content for posts, reels, and stories for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

b. Create platform-specific content that aligns with SMO (Social Media Optimization) principles.

2. **Script Writing**:
a. Develop engaging scripts for ads, reels, and videos with clear beginnings, hooks, and endings.

b. Use audience-relevant prompts and storytelling techniques to create impactful video content.

3. **Ad Copywriting**:
a. Write concise and compelling social media ad copies that drive engagement and conversions.

4. **Collaborative Content**:
a. Work closely with the creative team and social media manager to align content with overall strategies and campaigns.

**Video and Camera Presence**:
1. **On-Camera Confidence**:
a. Record and present video content for reels, ads, and campaigns with confidence and professionalism.

2. **Visual Storytelling**:
a. Combine visual and verbal storytelling techniques to create engaging narratives that resonate with the audience.

**Research and Innovation**:
1. **Trend Analysis**:
a. Stay updated with the latest content trends, audience preferences, and social media algorithms.

2. **Idea Generation**:
a. Brainstorm innovative content ideas and campaigns that reflect audience needs and brand identity.

**Post Optimization**:
1. **Audience-Centric Writing**:
a. Understand and write for the target audience, ensuring the tone and style are relatable and engaging.

2. **Content Structuring**:
a. Structure content with clear calls-to-action and optimize it for readability and platform-specific algorithms.

**Requirements:Skills**:
1. **Writing Proficiency**:
a. Strong command of English and Hindi (if needed) with the ability to write crisp, audience-focused content.

2. **Script and Copywriting**:
a. Expertise in scriptwriting for reels and ads, crafting catchy hooks, and impactful closures.

a. Familiarity with SMO and content strategies tailored for different social media platforms.
