- Experience with **SQL queries**, database design, and stored procedures.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of **6+ years of experience**in RPA development, with at least **3+ years**specifically working with **Automation Anywhere**.
- Proven experience in gathering business requirements, process documentation, and solution design.
- Strong experience working with business teams and stakeholders during UAT and Go-Live phases.
- Prior experience working with integration teams to ensure end-to-end automation.
- Production support experience with RPA solutions, including troubleshooting and optimization.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders(business).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
